For order more than USD120, the cost for standard shipping will be free.

We ship to any country in the world. 

Shipping Information 

Packages will be sent by registered air mail with an online tracking number. 

Once your product has been shipped, standard shipping usually takes 10 to 18 business days for mail items to reach recipients. (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.) However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 50 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.  

If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email info@sakeoni.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
